Can I use PayPal to accept payments from my customers?
The only way you can use PayPal is to manually process the payment yourself. On the PROFILE PAGE in the iBuzzPro back office you can add instructions to your customers on how they can pay you.
Example: Please send $500 via my PayPal Account. My email address for PayPal is __________. I will process your payment as soon as I receive it. Thank you for your business.
My Credit Card Transaction was Declined but it shouldn’t have. What do I do to fix it?
Many banks are watching for suspicious online credit card transactions. In some cases, when they see two or three transactions within minutes, they decline the transaction. The solution would be to logout, wait 30 minutes, log back in and try it again, and/or contact your Credit Card Company’s Security Department; tell them to clear the transaction.
I already have a Linkpoint Merchant account. Can I use it in here or do I have to get another one?
You can try using your current LinkPoint account but you should notify the company that issued your merchant account. They always like to know what you’re marketing. Actually, they demand it or you could lose your merchant account. And also, there are different settings that have to be to accomplish having your LinkPoint be automated with your iBuzzPro account.
How long will it take to get approved for my merchant account?

There are INSTRUCTIONS AND A VIDEO on that page. DO NOT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS EMAILED TO YOU FROM LINKPOINT. Totally ignore the LinkPoint instructions.
I got my iBuzzPro Approved Merchant Account. How do I set it up?

I already have Google Checkout and PayPal. Can you set up my website with this?
You cannot set up your iBuzzPro website with anything other than our Approved Merchant Account vendor, which is LinkPoint/First Data for our USA members, and SWREG for our internatinoal members. Both these companies’ actually communicate with our software. This technology allows you to have a fully automated system. However, you can accept payments outside the software by giving instructions on how to pay you. There is a file for your instructions on the Profile page in your iBuzzPro back office.
What is a Custom Processor?
A Custom Processor is anything other than the iBuzzPro approved merchant account. This could be cash, check, PayPal, cashier’s check or any other form of payment.
