Voice Broadcast Billing

If your Campaign runs out of funds, the Campaign simply stops. Once you have funds available, you can start it back up again.
How do I add funds to my Voice Broadcasting account?
You can add funds by logging in to www.iBuzzProSoftware.com using your Username and Password, click on Account Management, and Add a Payment.
My message is 30 seconds long – why was I billed for more?
The billing begins when the call is connected, as soon as either a person or an answering machine picks up. When a person picks up and says “hello” the message begins to play within a second or two. When the answering machine picks up, the system must wait for the “outgoing” message of the machine to play and then waits for the beep before beginning the message. Either way, your 30 second message will wind up billing more than $0.019 cents. BUT, anything beyond 30 seconds is billed in 6 second increments, which is only about 4/10th of a penny per 6 seconds.
I’m getting a security alert when trying to use the online payment feature
Make sure to type in the www. part when accessing the system or you’ll get a security alert. We are currently working on fixing this. Be assured there is nothing wrong with the security certificate.
How do you bill me when using partial vs. full minutes?
We take total of all the partial minute calls and multiply it by $0.039. Let’s say you ran a campaign with 3 calls total. One lasted a minute, one lasted 36 seconds and one lasted 23 seconds. Your bill would be 1 minute + 36 seconds + 30 seconds (because there is a minimum charge of 30 seconds per completed call) for a total of 2.1 minutes. This total of 2.1 minutes would be multiplied by $0.039 to come up with your bill.

It’s the monthly subscription charge you agreed to when you purchased the iBuzzPro Voice Broadcasting and Marketing System.
It is automatically charged every month on your due date.
I was paying the subscription fee but there was an error processing my card. What do I do?
Try logging out completely and logging back in. Then try again.

The only way you can use PayPal is to manually process the payment yourself. On the PROFILE PAGE in the iBuzzPro back office you can add instructions to your customers on how they can pay you.
Example: Please send $500 via my PayPal Account. My email address for PayPal is __________. I will process your payment as soon as I receive it. Thank you for your business.
My Credit Card Transaction was Declined but it shouldn’t have. What do I do to fix it?
Many banks are watching for suspicious online credit card transactions. In some cases, when they see two or three transactions within minutes, they decline the transaction. The solution would be to logout, wait 30 minutes, log back in and try it again, and/or contact your Credit Card Company’s Security Department; tell them to clear the transaction.
I already have a Linkpoint Merchant account. Can I use it in here or do I have to get another one?
You can try using your current LinkPoint account but you should notify the company that issued your merchant account. They always like to know what you’re marketing. Actually, they demand it or you could lose your merchant account. And also, there are different settings that have to be to accomplish having your LinkPoint be automated with your iBuzzPro account.
How long will it take to get approved for my merchant account?

I got my iBuzzPro Approved Merchant Account. How do I set it up?

I already have Google Checkout and PayPal. Can you set up my website with this?
You cannot set up your iBuzzPro website with anything other than our Approved Merchant Account vendor, which is LinkPoint/First Data for our USA members, and SWREG for our internatinoal members. Both these companies’ actually communicate with our software. This technology allows you to have a fully automated system. However, you can accept payments outside the software by giving instructions on how to pay you. There is a file for your instructions on the Profile page in your iBuzzPro back office.
What is a Custom Processor?
A Custom Processor is anything other than the iBuzzPro approved merchant account. This could be cash, check, PayPal, cashier’s check or any other form of payment.

Leads and Lists

These instructions are on a video that is now in the iBuzzPro.com back office. You can also find it by clicking on AUDIO and VIDEO TRAINING.
Is there a way in the back office to upload numbers that have asked to be removed?
Please place the numbers into an excel spreadsheet and save as csv. You can now select “Upload DNC list” from the Campaign Central drop down. Click “browse” and find your list. On the final step it will tell you how many numbers were placed on the list. You can now go back to the main screen by selecting “View/Modify Campaigns” in the Campaign Central drop down.
Are the leads free with this system?
We have about 50 million free leads. Approximately 10 million MLM genealogy leads and 10’s of millions of Business to Business leads. All Free. Plus we have several other categories at wholesale prices. Login to your back office, go to Members Only, and then to “Leads and Lists!” to read all about our Leads.
The MLM Geneology leads are already pre-loaded into your Voice Broadcasting Platform for your convenience. You simply click to upload the list when you are setting up your campaign.
How do I access the travel leads?
You can either log in to your back office at www.iBuzzPro.com/login.php and go to Members Only. Click on ”Leads” headline and proceed to the iBuzzLead Store or go directly to www.iBuzzLeads.com
How can I select the 15 million free leads?
The 15 million free leads are already pre-loaded into your Voice Broadcasting Platform so you can simply click to upload them to your campaign. They are pre-loaded on step 3 of creating a campaign.
The two lists are called Geneology list 1 and Geneology list 2. When you select the list it is a shared list amongst all iBuzzPro accounts, please do not add a list to this one or rework these lists.
After selecting list 1 or list 2 from the drop down you can choose what set of numbers you would like to focus on by changing the minimum and maximum time zone settings. For example if you only wanted to dial the Pacific numbers you would set it to Minimum Call Time Zone: Pacific and Maximum Call Time Zone: Eastern. If you would like to begin to dial numbers in all of the time zones you may leave it on Pacific to Eastern. The minimum should always be the earlier time zone.
Don’t worry, you will not dial the million numbers listed on this step, even if you ran a campaign all day at your maximum line setting. This is a shared list and the reason there are so many numbers there is because we may have thousands of accounts dialing this list at a time.
Does the platform scrub leads that I upload against the DNC list?
Yes, iBuzzPro does scrub against the DNC if you want it to.
How Often Are The FREE MLM Leads Updated?
The Free MLM Leads are updated monthly. They are never called twice.

No, but you can use them up anytime you like. There is no deadline.
How do I change the credit card I use for my monthly subscription?
Login to your iBuzzPro back office. Towards the middle of your Home page, under Account Status, there is a link to Change Your Payment Method.
The pass-up sale went to the wrong person. How do I correct this?
That’s impossible unless the person signed up under the wrong Independent Sales Agent. Read our Modified 2-Up Compensation Plan to make sure you understand how it works.
What is the refund policy?
As agreed to on our Terms of Service at the time of signing up, and due to the nature of our system and the fact that you have immediate access to over $10,000 in leads, we have a strict NO REFUND POLICY.
Someone paid me in cash for the iBuzzPro fee. How do I process it to get him started?
You would login to your back office and click on PROCESS PAYMENTS to manually enter the information about the payment your received so our software knows you’ve been paid and the member would be activated.
Where do I send a prospect to sign up for and pay for the iBuzzPro program?
You would send them to the referral link to your website that we provided you with. They will then be instructed to login to their new free site to make a payment.
Why are my paid customers still showing up under my “unpaid” section?
A common reason is that they still have not paid the Admin Fee. Another reason would be if they paid you directly instead of thru your website. In this case, you would have to make sure you process their payment manually thru your site. You would have to do this if you are accepting payment outside of the iBuzzPro system, such as Cash, PayPal, etc.
I received an email that my credit card declined. What do I do?
Your credit card was declined while attempting to charge for the monthly subscription payment to iBuzzPro. The system will make three attempts in a row before the subscription is cancelled. If you need to change your credit card information for whatever reason, you can login to your back office, click on Program Stats, and click on “cick on here to make renewal payments.”
This will avoid you going thru the cancellation process.

No, you will receive an iBuzzPro.com website as soon as you subscribe to our service. If you would like to promote iBuzzPro.com you will be able to do it with the site you receive from us. Your USERNAME will be the extension to your site. Example USERNAME.IBUZZPRO.COM
How are the SIC codes organized in the B2B section?
You can navigate to the ‘Members Only’ area and after that click on the link “Leads for Voice Broadcasting” under the Leads and Lists! headline. You will see additional information about the SIC codes on the next page.
I signed up under the wrong sponsor. How can I fix it and sign up under the correct one?
If you have not paid the “wrong” sponsor yet, then just sign up again under the correct sponsor and make sure you use a different USERNAME.
How can I change my email address?
Login to your iBuzzPro back office at www.iBuzzPro.com/login.php Click on the PROFILE button on the top of the page. You can change your email address there.
Can I use the iBuzzPro name on my personal website?
Yes, you can, just as long as it also states that your are an Independent Sales Agent. iBuzzPro reserves the right to suspend your website if your iBuzzPro marketing methods do not adhere to our standards.
Do the FTC rulings regarding voice broadcasting apply to commercial phone numbers or consumers only?
FTC Issues Final Telemarketing Sales Rule Amendments Regarding Pre-Recorded Calls. iBuzzPro welcomes and embraces these rulings.

First of all, the FTC has not banned Voice Broadcasting. So don’t believe those rumors. The ruling only addresses consumers not Business to Business and they are the same rules iBuzzPro has complied with since 2006. So nothing has changed. iBuzzPro™ welcomes and embraces these rulings. We have always instructed our customers to abide by the laws. There are always rules to follow and if you break the rules you will pay the price. For example, when you drive a car you have to follow rules or you will get a ticket or even worse have an accident. There are laws governing the way you drive right? Does that mean you can’t drive? Just follow the rules and you’ll be okay. The same applies for Voice broadcasting. Just follow the rules and you’ll be fine. The following rules from the FTC are rules iBuzzPro™ already follows and provides the tools for our customers to follow as well.
We are thankful to the FTC and hope these new regulation will rid the industry of the abusers. This particular regulation which goes into effect December 1st has been offered, by iBuzzPro™ since 2006. The provision requiring that all prerecorded telemarketing calls provide an automated interactive opt-out mechanism will become effective on December 1, 2008. The next regulation that goes into effect on September 1, 2009.
The provision requiring permission from consumers to receive such calls will become effective September 1, 2009. There are already millions of permission based lists to use. Most of our customers use permission based lists already. Here is an example of a permission based lists. Someone fills out their information on the internet or by phone and requests that someone contact them by phone, email or regular mail. They want you to call. You have their permission. You’re going to see more and more companies getting permission to call you just like they do with email.. Effective Dates The provision requiring that all prerecorded telemarketing calls provide an automated interactive opt-out mechanism will become effective on December 1, 2008. The provision requiring permission from consumers to receive such calls will become effective September 1, 2009. The amendment modifying the method for measuring the maximum allowable rate of call abandonment will become effective on October 1, 2008. The Commission vote approving issuance of the Federal Register notice announcing the amendments to the TSR was 4-0.

Compensation Plan

We use a Modified 2-UP compensation plan. It can be viewed on our Knowledge base. It is as follows:
You make 2 sales and split the $500 with a qualified affiliate in your up line.
You become qualified after you make 2 sales. Those 2 sales will also split their commission with the same qualified affiliate.
Now that you’re qualified (with your first 2 sales) you do not split commissions with anyone. You will earn $500 per personal sale.
Starting with your 3rd sale you will earn $500 per sale:
Each one of these sales also creates the beginning of a Power-Line.
Your responsibility is to work with every person in your Power-Line.
Your Power-Line represents the first person (Your Personal Sale)
Then their first 2 sales and then their first 2 and so on.
The Power-Line never stops. It goes to unlimited depth because each person passes up their first 2.
Each Power-Line allows you to earn 50% or $250 from each of their first two sales.
Example: Follow the line below. Each number represents $250 to you. This is an example only. We do not promise this will happen to everyone. Much of it has to do with your leadership and work ethics.

Go to www.iBuzzPro.com/login.php and click on Payments Earned on the left hand side of the page. This will show you all automated payments made, plus all manually processed payments you have processed.
How and when do I receive my sales commissions?
You get paid directly from your customer. Please review the Modified 2-Up Compensation Plan to understand exactly how it works.
Can a person who comes in as unpaid customer refer two people and get qualified by doing that?
No, iBuzzPro is first and foremost a product and service product. Only our paid customers have the right to make sales.
