How do I change the credit card I use for my monthly subscription?
Login to your iBuzzPro back office. Towards the middle of your Home page, under Account Status, there is a link to Change Your Payment Method.
The pass-up sale went to the wrong person. How do I correct this?
That’s impossible unless the person signed up under the wrong Independent Sales Agent. Read our Modified 2-Up Compensation Plan to make sure you understand how it works.
What is the refund policy?
As agreed to on our Terms of Service at the time of signing up, and due to the nature of our system and the fact that you have immediate access to over $10,000 in leads, we have a strict NO REFUND POLICY.
Someone paid me in cash for the iBuzzPro fee. How do I process it to get him started?
You would login to your back office and click on PROCESS PAYMENTS to manually enter the information about the payment your received so our software knows you’ve been paid and the member would be activated.
Where do I send a prospect to sign up for and pay for the iBuzzPro program?
You would send them to the referral link to your website that we provided you with. They will then be instructed to login to their new free site to make a payment.
Why are my paid customers still showing up under my “unpaid” section?
A common reason is that they still have not paid the Admin Fee. Another reason would be if they paid you directly instead of thru your website. In this case, you would have to make sure you process their payment manually thru your site. You would have to do this if you are accepting payment outside of the iBuzzPro system, such as Cash, PayPal, etc.
I received an email that my credit card declined. What do I do?
Your credit card was declined while attempting to charge for the monthly subscription payment to iBuzzPro. The system will make three attempts in a row before the subscription is cancelled. If you need to change your credit card information for whatever reason, you can login to your back office, click on Program Stats, and click on “cick on here to make renewal payments.”
This will avoid you going thru the cancellation process.
